Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. Reporting to the CHRO, the Human Resources Manager oversees Recruitment and Employee Relation practices and objectives that will provide employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and ongoing development of a superior workforce. This position assists to ensure compliance of company policies and procedures, assist in employee relations of staff, as well as oversees the talent acquisition for the non-management recruitment of support staff. She/he will coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
The successful candidate will need to be flexible; able to design and work within evolving operating structures; proactively work with employees and managers to identify potential issues and trends in the workplace; investigate and respond to complex workplace/employee relations issues; demonstrate strong leadership skills; have strong analytical, computing, verbal and written skills. The role involves overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to drive organizational effectiveness and enhance employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including employee evaluations and feedback processes.
- In partnership, help design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Facilitate employee orientation programs to integrate new hires effectively into the organization.
- Drive process improvement initiatives within the HR department to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on program management.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law
- Proficiency in HR sourcing techniques and talent management practices.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HR software systems.
