The Senior Director of Strategic Engagement leads the organization’s external-facing strategy, integrating development, marketing, and community outreach to advance the nonprofit’s mission. This role oversees a cross-functional team, cultivates donor and community relationships, and ensures consistent branding and messaging across all platforms. The Senior Director of Strategic Engagement collaborates closely with the Executive Director to set strategic priorities and annual revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning and supervise a multidisciplinary team in development, marketing, and operations
• Direct comprehensive fundraising efforts including major gifts, campaigns, and donor events
• Oversee marketing strategies, brand consistency, and digital engagement
• Guide community outreach initiatives, volunteer programs, and partnership building
• Represent the organization at public engagements and build stakeholder trust

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master’s preferred
• 5+ years leadership experience in nonprofit development, marketing, or community engagement
• Proven track record of strategic planning, team management, and revenue generation
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
• Proficiency with CRMs, fundraising platforms, and digital marketing tools
